We're a 7 minute bus ride from the Staten Island Ferry. Just take the S78, S52 and ask the bus driver to let you off on the corner of Van Duzer & Beach Street. Turn the corner and we're right there. If you're driving, take any bridge to the Staten Island Expressway, get off at exit 13. Go to the third light (Targee Street) and make the one way turn. You're going to drive straight for about 4 minutes. Targee will turn into Van Duzer Street, make a right, pass one light then find parking. We're in the middle of the block. If you're coming from the other side of the Island and want to take the train... get off at the Stapleton station (Prospect St. exit), walk left up Prospect St. one block to Van Duzer St. make a left, walk one more block.
