Once you’re done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking “View Cart” at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the “checkout” hyperlink located on the cart detail page.
Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the left of items, and then by clicking “recalculate” after all quantity adjustments have been made.
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart.
The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
Richmond Hood Co. will charge your credit card account immediately when you place your order. Refunds are processed on a case by case basis.
All payment information transmitted to Richmond Hood Co. is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your information. No credit card information is stored on our servers for any reason at any time.

Modifications Before Shipping:
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.
Which Credit Cards do you accept?
Richmond Hood Co. accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and Master Card. We also accept payment via PayPal
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to customers in states where Richmond Hood Co. has a physical presence. Currently this is only New York State.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is processed and shipped.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM EST will begin processing that day. All orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Blue&Cream will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use USPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

International shipping cost is based on several factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination. At time of checkout please enter your full address for USPS to determine the exact shipping cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from RHC, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Richmond Hood Company. RHC has made every effort to minimize our Non-U.S shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Returns & Exchanges
Receiving Your Return Authorization:
Contact RHC customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) within 5 days of delivery by emailing theRHCteam@gmail.com or calling 347-932-4082. Once you have received approval, fill out the RA form that is provided with your shipment. Richmond Hood Co. will only accept returns with a proper Return Authorization number. This number should be printed on the outside of the package.
Receiving a Refund:
Only full priced items are eligible for a refund. A Return Authorization must be requested within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. A full refund will be extended once a Return has been Authorized and the Return Authorization process is followed.
Returned Merchandise must be accompanied by your original receipt, and merchandise must be in its original condition. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Once Returned Merchandise is processed, Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the participating banks processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this process. However, www.richmondhood.com will email you receipt confirming your refund once the merchandise has been received and processed. To request receipt, please email theRHCteam@gmail.com with your original order #.
Further policies that relate to Returns or Return Authorizations are as follows:
All Sale items are final sale.
Bikini, underwear, accessories and discounted/sale merchandise are considered FINAL SALE and no Return Authorization will be granted.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels and may only be returned for a size exchange.
International sales are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return/exchange for any reason.
Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. The additional shipping cost incurred will be automatically charged to your account. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
